Shipping & Delivery

    • We charge a flat rate of R90.00 for all local orders valued below R650.
    • Orders valued above R650.00 are shipped free of charge.

    All local orders are tax-inclusive and will not incur any additional charges.

    • We partner with Courier Guy to ensure swift and reliable door-to-door delivery.
    • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days receipt of payment.
    • Ordinarily orders take between 1-4 business days from dispatch to delivery.

    Please note that occasionally delivery times may be affected by strikes and delivery backlogs. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Curly Angels cannot control and are not responsible for any unforeseen delays caused by delivery strikes, or backlogs.

  • We partner with Courier Guy nationwide. Their service includes track and trace for all parcels, and door-to-door delivery

    As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a waybill number with a tracking link to monitor your order's progress. On the day of delivery you should receive sms confirmation from Courier Guy, as well as a unique pin for security.

    Please note that estimated delivery dates are generated shortly after shipment creation, but may be subject to change and do not always reflect the actual delivery date.

  • We only accept online payments, via the gateway Payfast. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

    Payfast is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, which is the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. They employ a proactive approach to fraud prevention and data protection, ensuring your customers’ details are always safe.
